Permissions

Permissions are assigned to users to access tools and resources to perform tasks. Check each box next to the named privilege to enable rights to manage it.

Manage Enterprise

An enterprise administrator manages accounts, services, and transactions.

• Enterprise Admin Access. Adds an Enterprise Admin tab to your profile.
• Manage Transactions. Adds additional tools to view logs and manage payments.
• Manage Users. Add, delete or inactivate users and change permissions.

Manage Pal Devlopment

Pal development permissions allow you to control the entire Pal development life cycle.

• Create Pal from Import. Adds a link to allow a Pal developer to import a Pal.
• Export Pals. Adds an "Export" button to Pal Builder to allow Pals to be exported.
• Deploy Pals. Enables a Pal developer to deploy a Pal so customers can create transactions.
• Delete Pals. Remove a Pal from the development list.

Manage Development

The developer is granted access to Pal Builder and Manager, test a Pal and deploy it.

• Develop Pals. Enables a Pal developer to create a new Pal or edit existing Pals with Pal Builder

• Manage Documents. Enables a Pal developer to add or delete documents.
• Manage Pages. Enables a Pal developer to add or delete pages.
• Manage Email Templates. Enables a Pal developer to add or delete a Pal templates.
• Manage Wizards. Enables a Pal developer to add or delete a wizard.
• Manage Workflow. Enables a Pal developer to add or delete workflow.

Manage Templates

Templates are Pals that contain standard components such as images, style sheets, documents useful for creating other Pals based on it.

• Create Pal from Template. Create a new Pal based on a template.
• Use Templates. Enables developers to see public templates and use it to create new Pals.
• Create Template. Create a template for public or enterprise use.
• Make (Publish) Templates Public. Enables developer to make templates available to public (anyone).
• Manage Activation Keys. Add, delete, activate or inactivate access to develop Pals.
